Hey, I'm Roz!

I’m a Seattle born and San Diego based Designer and Technical Product Manager. I studied design at the University of Washington, where I fell in love with the UX design process.  For the last three years, I’ve been a Technical Product Manager at ServiceNow, working on customer-facing processes and helping make complicated experiences feel more intuitive.

I’m especially interested in the space where product thinking and UX design overlap—where decisions need to make sense for users and for the business.

When I’m not working, I’m usually trying something new: crocheting, taking care of my plants, surfing, playing beach volleyball, reading sci-fi books, or getting hands-on with physical computing projects when the creative spark hits.
